Company Timeline

1962

Warner Hudnut Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. is incorporated.

1984

Name changes to Warner Lambert Lanka (Pvt) Ltd., affiliated with Warner Lambert Inc. in the USA.

1990

Interpharm (Private) Limited is incorporated to benefit from tax concessions.

1992

Gamma Interpharm Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd. acquires Warner Lambert Lanka (Pvt) Ltd., beginning production and marketing of Warner Lambert / Parke Davis brands.

1995

Interpharm (Private) Limited starts commercial production of generic drugs.

2005

Interpharm (Private) Limited launches its own brand of products.

2006-2009

Gamma Interpharm Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd. continues manufacturing certain brands divested by Pfizer to Johnson & Johnson, USA.

2011

Gamma Interpharm Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd. focuses on developing its own brands and those of Interpharm (Private) Limited - a subsidiary brand of Gamma Interpharm Pharmaceuticals.

2013

Diversification into Veterinary Division, marketing Royal Canin's pet food products.

2014

Supply of pharmaceuticals to the state begins under a ground-breaking arrangement.

2015

Signatories to the five-year 'Guaranteed Buy Back Agreements' with the Health Ministry in a Public-Private Partnership scheme.

2021

Gamma Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd. & Interpharm (Pvt) Ltd. merged bringing to life Gamma Interpharm (Pvt) Ltd. as we know it today.
